WebOPD requires students to email [email protected] to request a Grade Forgiveness Exception form at minimum one week prior to the university deadline. OPD requires students to complete the form and email back to [email protected] for review 3 business days prior to the university deadline. We will not accept forms in-person. WebSince degrees will not be certified with an incomplete on the degree audit, “I” grades will be changed to “F” (or a “U” if Thesis, Dissertation, or Research Report) if not resolved by the last semester. “I” grades are considered “unsatisfactory” grades until resolved for program of study purposes.
